I placed on [11/29/2024]. As of today, I have not yet received the order, nor have I received any follow up communication regarding its progress or shipping dates. All I’ve gotten is apologies about my order being delayed but nothing regarding when it will ship. I have all of my emails and correspondence from the company. I do not want to have to dispute this order with my bank but I’m left with no choice. We as consumers spend our hard earned money on things and are left empty handed. This is unfair. I don’t have money to throw away. All I want is what I paid for. It’s horrible business to take people’s money and not deliver on the purchase made.
