Review: I purchased [redacted] single slice american 12oz., the shelf that it was on had no price tags, the shelf right above it had [redacted] swiss single 12oz. for $1.99, I was charged $3.19, the reason I purchased the [redacted] single american 12oz., was that I purchased the same item at ShopRite of [redacted] for $1.99. I spoke with the manager John R[redacted] but he refused to give me credit.Desired Settlement: Refund for $3.19, who knows how many people have been scammed for this product and many more.

Review: The head cashiers are rude to customers. They reprimand the employees in front of customers making it very uncomfortable. They're also very unhelpful and rude and condescending. Have experienced this almost every time I have shopped at this store. The store is filthy and disgusting. Aisles have obstacles that could make it very difficult for people with disabilities to manuver around the store.

I would like to see the head cashier's fired for they way they treat people. Unprofessional, unethical and disrespectable to customer and their young staff. Dispecable in this day and age that a business could get away with this behavior.

ShopRite is committed to providing superior customer service; especially at the Front End checkouts. Although no specific information was noted in the complaint, we have reviewed our service standards with the Customer Service Manager and all Head Cashiers.

As a technical note, I understand that a previous notice was sent. The July 5th notice is the first one the business has received, and we replied right away.
