I received a E-Mail on October 5th stating "they will mail the check out this week" followed by a E-Mail on...

October 6th claiming I will receive the check "next week". It is now October 18th and I have not received a check. I sent them my address so there would be no misunderstanding as to where to send the check. We have ordered other cabinets from a local company based on the promise that our monies would be here between last week.

tracking number from [redacted] and when I checked on it, got following message: Shipping label has been created. Status will be updated when shipment begins to travel. [redacted] said he used my PO box and they sent it back. He should have known [redacted] does not deliver to PO boxes. He then offered to wire the money but under the circumstances my bank advised against it. So I asked him to just send [redacted] or [redacted] He said he was sending [redacted] (Sept 1) but as of yet no tracking number or response from [redacted]. I will update again if circumstances change but so far not much response from [redacted] but false promises. I also requested a money order in lieu of his check and he said he would do that but that is also doubtful. The amount owed is 3431.51 that is due. My order number was XXXXXXXXX.

I have received some communication, but the company has still failed to provide ANY kind of shipping information such as a tracking number or shipper name. I was told I would be given this information once the order shipped and the warehouse had the correct tracking and shipping info. I NEVER received it and even informed them of this after the 48 hour wait period they asked to wait. The reply from them has been short and no correspondence containing the shipping info I was told I would get. Again, I called phone number provided on the website only to get voice mail options. I left messages for the sales department and left a return phone number. Not one return phone call was made to me from regarding my concerns about my shipment. Not only does this company misrepresent shipping times, but email correspondence is uncalled for when there are issues that need immediate answers. I will not do business with them and will certainly pass along my experience to ALL of my builder friends and community. There are many more reputable companies I can do business with in the future and this is NOT one of them.

This business assured me my order was shipped last Wednesday. I have all corresponding emails to prove it. Now Today, I get an email stating the order just shipped yesterday 10/21/2015. They falsified their own information. I want a refund of my shipping fees for the delay of my product.

Shipping charges are non refundable. Customers order was also shipped in the amount of time stated on our website. The freight company will call to set up an appointment. Also note not all freight companies are equipt with online tracking capabilities.

In previous emails, Shop RTA...

stated it could take up to 8 weeks to receive our order. They now state it takes at least 4 months to receive an order. That is not acceptable.They need to provide a full refund to us so we can buy our cabinets from a reputable company.
