I received a E-Mail on October 5th stating "they will mail the check out this week" followed by a E-Mail on October 6th claiming I will receive the check "next week"It is now October 18th and I have not received a checkI sent them my address so there would be no misunderstanding as to where to send the checkWe have ordered other cabinets from a local company based on the promise that our monies would be here between last week

In previous emails, Shop RTA stated it could take up to weeks to receive our orderThey now state it takes at least months to receive an orderThat is not acceptable.They need to provide a full refund to us so we can buy our cabinets from a reputable company
