Shop Shogun

Apparently Shop shogun is under new management/ownership and it is not a good thingI placed an order on November 27th and as of yet (January 1st 2016) I have not received my order , shipment notification, I have received zero response to emails and messagesI am not the only one because their facebook is covered with complaints in commentsssss

Review: I bought some merchandise they were selling, on the 13th of August 2012. It got shipped on the 15th of August 2012. I was giving a tracking number for a specific company, but it did not work. After an email on the 6th of September, I was then told they used a different shipping company and the tracking code was only Tracked from Shop Shogun to the Processing Plant.On the 24th of September I sent another email to Shop Shogun and I was told they were going to check with Fed Ex to see if they can locate the parcel or give me a refund. On the 8th of November, 4th of December and 20th of December I sent Shop Shogun emails asking if they had an update from Fed Ex, but did not receive any replies.
