Awful. They don't provide any customer service. They send you the tracking number weeks before they even drop it off for shipping. They don't respond to your questions or concerns. They don't cancel your membership when you ask. They don't refund your money. The products are awful quality. They are a mess. Do NOT shop stay wild.

I purchased a freezable liquid filled pipe from ShopStayWild. The pipe busted in the freezer and the company is refusing to refund/replace the item, and offered me a 25% off coupon instead. Terrible customer service, not recommended.
