To Whom It May Concern:Please forgive me if I do not respond exactly how it is supposed to be done, but this is my first time responding to a complaint. In response to the accusation that my sales rep called to give out free samples- that is not true. My sales rep even asked for a PO (purchase order...

#) for confirmation and Mickey O[redacted] (their technician who my sales rep contacted) said use "Termite" as P0. He did offer Mickey a promotional pair of safety glasses for ordering with us, which were sent with the order back on 08/31/16. The only reason our sales rep made a second phone call was because we called for collections on the first order on 12/28/16 and [redacted] said she would get this paid right away. When my sales rep called the second time, he explained these new disposable gloves we just started carrying and Mickey Said they order disposable gloves by the case, so my sales rep confirmed he wanted one case (which our sales reps don't try to sell because they make larger profits on individual boxes as opposed to cases) and Mickey said yes send him one case. That order was never sent out though because [redacted] emailed an hour later saying they didn't order this stuff and will NOT pay for it (in regards to the previous order from 8/31), so we confirmed they didn't want the case of gloves since they weren't paying for the first order. That is when Paul called and started cursing and calling my employee all sorts of bad names, using foul language and being very irate and disrespectful. My employee tried to reason with him saying he will close their account out so we will never contact them again, and he even apologized about any misunderstanding Mickey had with my sales rep. We told them they could have sent the product back for a return at any point, but we heard nothing until we called for collections. At this point, we just want all contact from them to be ceased because my employees don't appreciate being talked to in that disrespectful manner. We have already charged off their old invoice and closed their account out so they will never be contacted from us again! As far as our gloves being expensive, I did a simple [redacted] search for comparison and we're actually on the low side. [redacted], One of the biggest and well-known supply companies, charges $12.21 per pair for these gloves- we charged them $8.49 per pair. But, like I said, we do not want a dime from them, we've already closed their account, we just want to move on and be left alone from them.
