I purchased a vaporizer "accent by DiVinci cost [redacted] on May 3 and on May 5 I called SHop Therapy to let them know the product is defective. I was told by the store sales person [redacted] that they have a DO NOT RETURN POLICY which I was unaware of at time of purchase. I was told to call the manufacture which I did and they cannot help me its up to where I bought it because they did not get the money. Im extremely disappointed and frustrated. I called my credit card which I placed my purchase on and it is not my style to not pay for something I bought but I have it in dispute and want my card credited. Can you please help me . Three Hundred dollars is a lot of money to throw in the basket. I refuse to back down with this problem.I PURCHASED THIS ITEM for health reasons. I had LUNG surgery 2013 September and this product was recommended for my use . We do have a "No Return Policy" which is posted by register and showcase of Vapors...Our Mom & Pop business has been around 41 yrs... We try to always accommodate our customers and resolve any issues. As I mentioned we are working with the distributors to resolve this. I will contact them again tomorrow to see where we are at. I have cataracts and it's very difficult to see a lot of things. The product I purchased was [redacted] that is not small change. I have a lot of health issues and refuse to pay for something that doesn't work. I sent the product to the manufacturer as I was told that they have NOT received it and t hat was 2 weeks ago.So at this time I have nothing. I can forward an email from Shop Therapy sales rep.who supplies this store this item. NOT only did the store know about warranty on this product but they also have NO RIGHT to sell a high priced with SUCH A POLICY. I want mt credit card refunded the entire amount.
