We were able to resolve this issue with the customer directly on Friday 1/We unfortunately were not able to respond to all customer inquiries over the busy holiday season, but we shipped out the correct product that was ordered on Friday 1/with FedEx tracking number [redacted] which shows it is set for delivery Wednesday 1/by the end of the dayWe also advised the customer to keep the mistakenly shipped product simply for our error and any inconvenience it may have causedPlease let us know if there is any further information we can provide.Thank youMattCustomer Service###-###-####[email protected]

The funds for this transaction were fully credited back to the customer on 12/26, and is shown in the attached screenshot of the transaction as it appears in our credit card systemFedEx dropped the ball and had a number of our shipments delayed or simply stopped and returned to us over the holiday
