Review: I went into this store and asked for a television antenna. The clerk showed one to me and told me the price. I told him I could not afford it and if it doesn't work can I bring it back and get my money back. He said it should work but if there is a problem I can take it back.We took home the antenna and it did not work, we took it back to the store and they are only allowing exchanges, no refunds. The clerk took the opportunity to grab the money and did not explain that I could not get a refund after I specifically asked him about returning the product. They laughed at us in the store and said we were probably not connecting the antenna properly. I just want my money back because I truly cannot afford to hold onto a product I cannot use.Desired Settlement: I would like the store to accept the returned unused item and that is still in it's original packaging and issue a full refund.

Review: On July *, 2015. I went into the Shop Zone on [redacted]. I attempted to special order a Philips DVD-VHS recorder. I laid down a 10 dollar deposit. They wanted 20 but I settled for 10 in case sumthin happened with the order. They promised a two week delivery, like the laptop I ordered on 12-*-12 (The order came in about two weeks, no problem.) But THIS ONE takes the cake, It's now August *, 2015. Last week on July **, I tried to cancel cos it was overdue by the two week span. I got my laptop pronto. To make matters worse, they tried to ask me for 10 more bucks to kill the order altogether. That's when I smelled a rat. That's when I knew I was bein extorted. What the man did was downright consumer fraud! THAT'S A NO-NO!!! He can't do that! I am NOT shellin out another dime to cancel a failed order. If ur gon' tell me it's comin' where's it at? You don't call me? You don't talk to me? Nothin'? It's either my item or my money!!! That man don't get nothing else from me never again. I just want my 10. No problems. I always pay for somethin, NOT for nothing. For something only. You pay to get something. Just like the barter system back-in-the-day. Never pay for nothing. I will not wait another month nor am I gonna two months or two years!!! THAT'S A NO-NO!! If I had went back this week to resolve the issue, they might of picked a fight with me and sumthin bad would of happened! Or call the cops on me and have me arrested. Cops do tend to believe anythin the clerks say. The tape doesn't always help. They keep tellin' me "It's comin' It's comin'" NO IT IS NOT!!! I didn't go back this week cos I didn't want a problem. So to avoid further incidents with the retailers I decided to wait till the end of the month to write to u guys. Hit 'em where it hurts. He had the nerve to ask for another 10 which would of made 20 to kill the purchase that should of took just two weeks to arrive. He's talkin bout I costin him business. I'm not costin him nothing. He's costin me money. He got enough money to choke a pig! God knows how many people bought items from his store. I'm sure he can take a loss. SHAME ON HIM FOR RIPPIN ME OFF LIKE THAT!!! You never EVER charge sum1 for an item lost, stolen or NEVER RECEIVED. Just for that he owes me money back GUARANTEED!!! When you order an item that fails to show up by its due date. You are 100% entitled to a refund! I MEET THE CRITERIA!!! U KNOW THAT AND I KNOW THAT!!! How's that for policy!!! How's he gonna gimme a laptop and not my recorder!!! How dare he!!! Anyways I got his receipt as proof! He'll ask for it. I got all the evidence to back up my claims!!! So I knows what I'm talkin about!!! I'm ready 4 whatever! 20 dollars worth of milk money is not the answer. Thank God I didn't put down 20 and they ask for 10 which would've made 30. I woulda lost 30 dollars instead of ten. There's only one answer to this problem...A REFUND!!! NO MORE, NO LESS. BUT IF HE WANT THE RECEIPT I GOT IT!!! BUT MAKE SURE HE HAV MY MONEY!!!Desired Settlement: Just hav whoever posted the order terminate the order and run me my $10 next time I come thru. My phone is on 24/7 I'll be waiting!!! If u call and I don't respond, don't worry I'll call back at my earliest convenience. But for future references, never EVER charge sum1 4 an item lost, stolen or never received. IT'S NOT LEGAL!!! Tell them never to charge sum1 double just to cancel an item that does not meet it's due date. They must return the drop deposit. When they don't, that's just cause for a civil action!!! You'll get sued like that!!! Maybe even shut outta business!!! Especially if the state finds out you're unlicensed!! It's wrong in general. VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. Next phone call I get, I only wanna talk about the money! I don't wanna talk about nuthin' else! I just want this matter resolved without incident! PRONTO!!! I don't want the item no more, but I do want my money! He lost my product, that's his problem not mine! He owes me 10 bucks. I owe him squat. ZERO! Is that clear?

Review: I bought a speaker Friday took it home and it never came on. I call the store back & repeatedly hangs up soon as I say hello.the speaker don't work.I never heard sound come out of it.the store don't do returns on Saturdays or Sunday so I have to keep it till Monday and I don't think this is going to be good.I can't call to let them know because someone keeps hanging up the phone on me.I would like to exchange it asap.I paid 92$ for it & the product will not respond or come on.I want to return it asap.Desired Settlement: Exchange
