Review: Hello, I placed an order for a 60" Samsung 4k smart tv on during the Black Friday and Cyber Monday weekend sale. I had compared prices with other online stores but had the best deal so I decided to go with them. I placed the order on November 29th and I received an email confirmation with an order number. The email stated that the estimated standard delivery time iwas 4-7 business days. I called 4 days later (Friday) to find out status of my order. A rep told me that the item was on back order and asked me if I was willing to wait for the item. I said "yes, of course" because it was a good deal during the Black Friday weekend sale. The following Monday I received an email stating my order had been cancelled. Naturally, I was very upset because I had just spoken to someone who told me the item was on back order. I called and the rep put me on hold. After a half hour of waiting, I called back and spoke to another rep ([redacted] who assured me a supervisor would be calling me back. The supervisor never called me. I then emailed them explaining my situation and that was ignored too. I checked my credit card statement and there is no refund for the order I placed with them. I'm very upset because had I known they were out of stock, I would have purchased the tv from a different online website during the Black Friday weekend sale. Now, the sales are over and I'm left with no TV, no refund and no explanation/ solution. This is terrible customer service! They claim to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied but this is far from the truth! I have not been able to get a hold of anyone today and the Supervisor who was supposed to return my call never did. Please help!Desired Settlement: I would like the delivery of what I ordered. If the TV is out of stock, then they should honor the sale price and send me a comparable TV. If this is not available, I would like my money refunded and I vow to NEVER do business with them ever again.

Review: The bill is $78.49 but they bill me $98.49, after I communicate with the company, they still refuse to adjust the charge. I have black and white PO from this company.Desired Settlement: Desire to refund $20 back to my credit card.
