performance and explained that there have been recent changes which resulted in my ordered not being fulfilled. They offered a resolution of either sending the charging cords to me or refunding my money. They refunded my money the same working day that I requested a refund, i.e. fast response.

I have sent about a dozen emails with one response from [redacted] stating that they value my business and will get back to me. I have not heard back from them and the emails to [redacted] are no longer being received. I have also been forwarded to [redacted] not sure why?Desired Settlement: Send me my 3 charging cords.

Review: I received my two lighting chords from the company and plugged them into the iphone to test. They showed they were "charging." When I put them into the iPad, it gave an error message. However that evening when I put the chord into charge, I was still using the phone, and noticed the battery life going down. I turned on the settings to show the number and watching as the battery drained with the new charger plugged in, yet showing a "charging" sign. I have 2 new cables that don't work for either my phone or iPad. I have now contacted the company 4 times without any follow up from them before proceeding to this step. I started on Oct ** at 3:16 when I received the package, and then sent a follow up to that email on Oct ** at 12:14AM when the cables wouldn't charge at all, the other emails were Oct ** at 11:20 AM, and Oct **, and 10:12AM in which I told them if I didn't hear back I would take the next step in contacting you all. I don't take lightly to being ripped off. I tried 3 different contact address and received no response. I know it seems like a small amount, but it's the principal. They are ripping people off and it needs to be stopped. I appreciate your time and assistance in this matter. Thank youDesired Settlement: I want a full refund including the cost of shipping. The total was $9.98 for both cables, and $.99 per item to ship.

I placed an order w/ MoneyBag (shopmoneybag.com) on March [redacted] 2014, Order # [redacted]. I received shipping confirmation number (DHL: from Shopmoneybag.com that does not work. I tried many times.

I tried to contact MoneyBag with no response from them. I tried 2 times before contacting Revdex.com. No response from MoneyBag.Desired Settlement: I except my money refund from MoneyBag.
