Review: The product I received from the company looked nothing like the advertised product. It was a custom engraved sterling silver pendant. The engraving was not legible at all and was thus worthless. I contacted the company in hopes to return it and received a return shipping [redacted] label. I returned the item as instructed by the company, and the tracking label showed the item as returned to the company. I have since contacted the company 3 different times in 30 days and have not received any response or refund on the purchase.Desired Settlement: I want the company to contact me and issue a refund for the purchase.
