I visited the APC for a utility trailer to haul 4 off road vehicles, I found a nice extra heavy duty 6x14 single axial, I went back a few days latter and purchased, I was in and out, hooked up and tested in about 1 hour. Way down south but worth the drive.
After lots of looking, I finally purchased a Utility trailer from APC. I went there several times before I decided on a Load Trail trailer plus I purchased a trailer hitch and other products. The staff was very helpful and patientmost importantly, the staff was truthful as I would double check the information I was told. When I left with my new trailer; however, within 15 minutes I noticed smoke coming from the trailer brakes from locked trailer brakes. I called up the manager, who had me return with the trailer after he told me to turn off the car lightsthis had happened on one other trailer they sold and it was from the light wire being cross connected with the brakesdone by the manufacturer, Load Trail. (I actually did call Load Trail to check on this and everything I was told by APC was the truth!). He called the manufacturer and I had new tires, new magnets, etcall was taken care of at the manufacturer's expense by the next day. I was very upset at first but APC did all they could to make things right and hassle free!
We were looking for a enclosed cargo trailer. We went online and contacted APC with what we wanted. They ordered what we wanted and [redacted] kept me updated on every phase of the purchase.
