I want to complain about the Shoppers Food Warehouse on Marlboro Pike in Capitol Heights MD. Last night 02/04/2018 I went to the store to pick up a couple things. As I stood in line to check out I was approached by a Security Guard, I was told that the manager wanted to speak to me. I got out of line went to the manager only to hear him say "My guard says you have something in your purse" so I responded by saying I do? I was then told to open my purse which I did.Nothing was in the purse but a make up bag a wallet and my car keys. The manager then said "oops I think he got the wrong person" The guard then says I thought it was you I made a mistake. I was very embarrassed have never experienced such a scene! I felt very intimidated and had to ask for an apology which is SAD, no one apologized until I asked them to. This is terrible business! However, I will NEVER step into another Shoppers Food Warehouse again!

Review: Hi, my dad purchased a cold cut sandwich from Shoppers Food Warehouse back in May the sandwich had two staples in it. Of the two staples he was cut in the gums by one. I called the 888 number to complain and was give the run around by the helpdesk for several days. I(his daughter) finally recieved a call from the head office in MN on June6th from a guy name Ean W[redacted] who stated he needed to speak to my DAD. I had to call on behalf of my dad since he takes care of his wife 24/7. I have since called the health department on them about closing the snadwiches with staples. My Dad needs to speak to them about this issue as soon as possible. They have his number on file at the main office Ean called him once and my dad missed that call never to be called again.Desired Settlement: The shoppers offered me a $20 gift card to pick up at the store which I haven't done. I [redacted] needs compensation for this situation. This can't be resolved if no one at headquaters is willing to even talk to me and see what happened or how I'm feeling. If needed I will have to look into obtaining a lawyer in this matter. If no one is willing to speak to me. The case number is #[redacted] need someone to call me as soon as possible!
