I contacted the Ottawa location via phone/email, and have not received a response I have warranty and maintenance work that is being ignored I contacted the Ottawa location via phone/email, and have not received a response I have warranty and maintenance work that is being ignored The wheelchair lift is drawing an excessive amount of power from the battery The digital counter is intermittentThe wheelchair lift is also due for it's first maintenance cycleThe lift wouldn't operate one morning, and I didn't know what was wrongI called them to arrange to get all the warranty/maintenance work performed, and I was told they no longer have a service technician to do the work They then proceeded to pass me to a sub-contractor, who I had dealt with before that had unethical business practices I said that I'd prefer to deal with [redacted] Inc as a [redacted] authorized service centerI have yet to receive a response locally or from headquarters in Toronto
