We are an authorized reseller of *** *** and appreciate the opportunity to respond to the Customer’s concerns. We have processed a credit in the amount of $(incls/h) to the card that the Customer provided when placing the order Our records indicate that, on April 22, 2017, the Customer enrolled through the Company’s web site in a 15-day trial offer of *** *** for a $trial, processing and handling fee and enrollment in our monthly home delivery program. According to the terms posted on the enrollment page as well as in the detailed “Terms of Offer” on the web site and email sent to the Customer, if the Customer did not like the product, she could obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number from the Company before the end of the 15-day trial and return the product to avoid further charges. When the Customer did not request an RMA number by the end of the 15-day trial period, the Company charged the Customer’s card $for the cost of the trial product. We apologize for the unpleasant experience the Customer had with the Company’s customer service. We take customer service very seriously and want all of our customers to have a pleasant experience with the Company. As a matter of customer service, on May 12, the Company refunded a total of $to the credit card that the Customer provided at sito cover the $cost of the product and the $trial, processing and handling fee. “Customer”) concerning the Customer’s order of Mineral Allure. We are an authorized reseller of Mineral Allure and appreciate the opportunity to respond to the Customer’s concerns. We have processed a credit in the amount of $75.90 (incl. s/h) to the card that the Customer provided when placing the order.Our records indicate that, on January 3, 2015, the Customer enrolled through the Company’s web site in a 15-day trial offer of Mineral Allure for a $5.95 trial, processing and handling fee and enrollment in our monthly home delivery program. According to the terms posted on the enrollment page and in the detailed “Terms of Offer” on the web site, if the Customer did not like the trial product, she could obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number from the Company before the end of the 15-day trial and return the product to avoid further charges. When the Customer did not request an RMA number by the end of the 15-day trial period, the Company charged the Customer’s card $69.95 for the cost of the trial product. The Customer emailed the Company on January 7, 2015 at which time we cancelled her membership in the home delivery program.
As a matter of customer service, on March 1, 2015, the Company refunded a total of $75.90 to the credit card that the Customer provided at sign-up to cover the $75.90 cost of the product and the $5.95 s/h charge.
