Today I went to Sirens to buy some stuff the girls that works there is very rude or because I am indian even the manager was rude it happened today 12/13/17 at around 5:30 pm

Review: I bought a pair of pant for my son online when I recieve them they were the wrong color. So I sent them back the end of August. I never recieved a refund. I emailed them and they said they never heard from the warehouse that they got them back. So I called and asked for a manager they would not put me in contact with a manager. So I continued to ask for a manager after the woman I spoke to on the phone told that it was only 34 dollars it's not that much money what is my problem.! As a [redacted] ad in this economy 34 dollars is a lot To me! I was transferred to what I thought was a manager and this women told me that she could not help but she could talk to a manager and would get back to me. I have hear nothing back yet! I sent my items back via usps an did not opt for a tracking number since that was more expensive. But I sent them back to the address on the box and did not recieve them back!Desired Settlement: A refund an an apology for the horrible costumer service!
