Review: Order 3 bottles of weightloss medication, under the understanding that if product was not opened and returned that a refund would be issued. Customer service claims no records found with information provided by them as confirmations. Will not respond to emails.Desired Settlement: Full online disclosure of correct addresses and phone numbers to obtain refunds.

Review: I purchased a product from this business and paid for second day delivery...When I went to the UPS site it showed that the day before it was to be delievered that it arrived in the city in which I live ([redacted]) but when I called UPS they said that the package seemed to have been lost and that the business where I bought the product from would need to contact them on my behalf to start a lost package investigation. I've tried now for 4 days calling with no luck and have sent many emails with no reply. I'm not asking for my money back or anything but I would like to get them to contact UPS to start an investigation for my lost package. I feel like this is a disgrace on their part as far as their customer service.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to either A) contact UPS and start an investigation or B) ship me a new order for what I bought.

Review: This company clearly stated a 100% satisfaction guarantee and I was not satisified with the product. As far as I am concerned it is a placebo. It did absolutely nothing but makes several claims on webiste. While I did not expect drastic results and I know ever results varies, absolutely nothing happened. It was a complete waste of money and this company makes fraudulent claims!!Desired Settlement: Refund of product amount.

Review: I ordered 3 bottles of [redacted] on 5/1/2013. Order number [redacted]. It took 1 week for the items to arrive. I then took 2 weeks to see if the product was going to work. It did not. I emailed the company at [email protected] and asked them to send me a return shipping label. They did. I took the bottles, the next day and shipped them back. Waited for my money back. Never received it. Emailed the company, they didn't respond. 2 days later I emailed again, they said they didn't receive the 2 unopened bottles until June 4th - I ordered on May 3rd - so the 30 day guarantee was past. By ONE day!!!! They refuse to give me my money back, for the 2 unopened bottles.

I have sent many emails - they go unanswered. I have called the phone number given: ###-###-#### and it goes straight to voicemail. I have left messages - no response.Desired Settlement: I would like the amount for the 2 unopened bottles returned to my credit card. ONE day is unacceptable - and that is just when they are saying they received them.

Review: I ordered some products from this company on-line. Once I received the product and started using it, I was dissatisfied with my purchase and wanted to return the unused products for a refund. I pulled up the web site to find out just how to return the items and that's when the problems started. First of all, I called the 800 number listed at least 25 times and every time I got the same recorded message which tells you to use their e-mail address to contact them with any questions. When I tried to e-mail the company at the address they provided, an error message came up stating that that e-mail address could not be found. So after having no luck by phone or email, I was able to get the fax number that is listed on their web-site to contact them. I sent them a fax telling them who I was, what I had ordered and that I wanted information about sending the unused products back because I was uncertain where to send them back to. On the fax I gave my full name, my daytime number, my cell number and a fax number that they could reach me at. I didn't care whether they called mewith te information or faxed something back to me I just wanted to know how to return my product. It's been over a week and I haven't heard anything back from this company. I should be able to return my product for a full refund. I want my money returned to me but now I have no idea how to reach anyone at this company to do that because I've tried everything to get a hold of them.Desired Settlement: I want to be able to get a refund for at least my unused product that I am trying to return. I'm not sure exactly what their return policy is, but I know I started this process 3 weeks after I received my product so it wasn't even 30 days after I received the original products. I am dissastified with the product and so I just want my money back.

Review: I have been calling and emailing this company for over a month to resolve an issue no matter what time of the day I call I can not get a hold of anyone. There is an automated message when I call and then a generic message when I send an email to the address stated I am becoming very frustrated with this situation. The company that they use to ship out their product has said that they have received many complaints on this issue. I would just like the company to contact me back so that we can resolve the issue that I am having.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to send me a shipping label so that I can send my product back to them. They also need to make this information available on their website so that people do not have to run around contacting everyone in the country to try to return something or find where their product is or just contact the company.
