I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Regard to MrRandy S*** circling answer to my complain, it is important to notice that the adjective 'custom made special order' has been invented and used only hereNever ever I ordered furniture of specific dimensions and colors from ShoppinStockI just ordered a Chesterfield loveseat and two armchairs, which would be delivered in to weeks as per MrAlex C***Another important point to note is that the 'special link' mentioned by MrS*** is a mysterious to me since the only information it contained was the date of the order (may **), and my credit card numberI also find it interesting that MrS*** mentions that I refuse to talk to them, when just ShoppinStock failure to communicate with me brought me to ask Revdex.com for help and interventionAnd finally, the hilarious comment about my acquisition of 'another living room set' rises up the question, would my guests have to seat on the floor until now? 'Until now' because the only feedback I received after starting the complains was on September **, where MrS*** offers to ship the merchandise in about days (I still would not have the living set by today)Note that I made the purchase on May ** to be delivery in to weeksI non-longer want the furniture, I want the money back in my credit card, and I do not recommend to shop in ShoppinStock.com.

[redacted] Date: October [redacted], [redacted] Subject: Revdex.com ID # [redacted] Re: Response and answer to complaint With regard to [redacted] complain against us, I have read her complaint over and over and one thing [redacted] does not mention anywhere in her complaint is that this item was a custom made special order item. The specifications, the dimensions and even the color were all ordered to [redacted] specific request. The sales person (Alex C[redacted]) made sure that he gave [redacted] all of the details and information that are attached to any and all special orders. [redacted] mentioned the time frame for delivery, he spoke about the cost and he also reiterated that special orders take time to be made to spec, also prepped and inspected then shipped. This was mentioned because we know there is no way to have a special order item delivered to a customer with the average furniture delivery time in mind. I, (Randy S[redacted]) spoke with [redacted] numerous times and finally the truth came out…she had already purchased another living room set. Now, in all fairness we were still within a fair delivery time frame for a special order item and all of a sudden [redacted] wanted to cancel. Now, when a customer orders a custom order piece from us, a special link is sent to that customer with all the details as far as delivery time, pricing, dimensions of the furniture, color, etc. We give the customer as much time as needed to review and accept the purchase. We never pressure the customers to purchase or up sell a piece of furniture they don't want and the customer is always free to call us with any questions or concerns. I have even gone as far as to give [redacted] my personal cell number. There is no reason she could not reach me or the salesman Alex C[redacted]. We have always made ourselves accessible to [redacted] and have always communicated with her. As a matter of fact we have been emailing and calling [redacted] constantly and she is refusing to communicate with us. When a custom order is made Shopping Stock pays that manufacturer in full for the product, which then goes into production, it is an item that typically that cannot be sold to anyone else which is why cancellations are not common. Now, I spoke with our manufacturer and they are willing to cancel but there are cancelation fees that apply. We have been trying to work with [redacted] in every possible way to satisfy her, as we personally and as a company believe very very much in customer satisfaction. To our readers, please keep in mind this is a custom special order and we have given all the details to this order in a customized email link to [redacted]. We are deeply saddened by a customer not being completely satisfied and we are still willing to work with [redacted] to resolve this matter. Thank you for allowing us an explanation, Shopping Stock, Inc.
