No, I did not receive $from Shoprite.It's very difficult in my current situation to get back to the store so I've asked them to please mail it, but it seems to have fallen on deaf ears

I ordered a new bedroom set from Ashley Furniture Elkon, MD location back on Labor Daymy husband and I had a great experience in the storeThe salesman was very polite and went through everything with usHe did inform us that delivery would more than likely be 3-weeks since they have to order the bed frameNo big dealThe day before the delivery Ashley Furniture called to tell me my stop number and to remind me the delivery guys will not move our furniture only bring in/ and set up the new furnitureNot a problem, my dad came the next morning to take my bed/ mattress/ and dressers to the dump for meThe delivery guys get to my house around 6:00pm on 9/21/they bring in the dressers and night stand first and then they go get the bed and start putting it togetherOne of the guys comes out and tells me they can not put the bed frame together since "whoever packed the truck put the wrong rails in her the bed frame"I asked him what did he expect me to do since I do not have

On July 2, my husband and I purchased a sofa and love seat from Ashley Furniture on Pulaski Hwy, Elkton, MD, XXXXX, yet as of today September 29, 2017, the furniture has not been delivered After we left the store on July 2, we notice that Ashly furniture on-line had a sale for the same furniture at a lesser price, (a July 4th sale,) I call the store to cancel the store order wiless than hours of the original purchase and was advised that if we cancel the purchase, we would have to pay a 40% re-stocking fee After much debate and discussion, the store manager Tracy, came to a compromise and decided that she will match the on-line sale priceAfter several weeks and many phone calls not receiving the delivery, we finally reached Tracy the store manager who stated that the furniture sale was processed as a piat store warehouse, and not as a delivery and that the furniture's are in the warehouse ready to be picked-upI advised Tracy that a $delivery charge was paid for the furniture's to be delivered to our home and that this charge is reflected on the invoice, Tracy stated that the store computer did not reflect the $delivery After that conversation, my husband and I went back to the store with the invoice to show that the $was charged, Tracy stated "oh it looks like someone went in to the computer and changed the figures" I asked how is that possible? We left the store with the agreement that she was going to look in to the matter to resolve this problem and give us a call back Another week went by and I had to call Ashley Furniture once again on Wednesday September 28, 2017, the receptionist stated that Tracy is not in today that she does not work on Wednesday nor Thursday that she will call me on Friday After waiting all morning on Friday September 29, I decided to call Tracy in the afternoon, when I finally reached her, she stated "oh, I was just getting ready to call you, and proceeded to say that she spoke to the owner of the Ashely Furniture's and that the store made a mistake because they should not have honored the on-line price because the store is losing money with this sale, that we need to bring the credit card to the store to refund the purchaseIn a professional manner, I advised Tracy that we do not want a refund, we just want our furniture delivered as they were paid for in full including delivery and a years warranty, she got upset and kept saying stop yelling at me, I advised her that I was not yelling but yet she continue to say the same and stated that the workers could hear me yelling, once again I stated that I was speaking to her in a friendly tone, she then hang up the phone I guess this was her way to get out of the conversation As a consumer, I will like this matter resolved and my furniture delivered, as this is not an ethical practice for a company

Did not receive what we had ordered, we thought we ordered the power recliners and got the manual when picked up
We purchased two extra wide recliners from Ashley furniture store in Elkton MDThe recliners we sat in were power recliners which is why we wanted them in the first placeAfter getting them home I sat in and reclined the chair and thought this is strange, this is not powerWe called the store and the store manager *** *** who also was the one who sold us the chairs said he told us the ones we would get would not be powered which makes no sense at all and he NEVER said a word about thisThe reason we were so excited is because they were powerThe contract said NOTHING about the mechanismHe stated he does not make mistakesHe clearly lied to usThe reason we purchased the warranty was because of the power mechanism

label supplier, ConAgra Foods and requested follow up to the customer.  Mr. [redacted] provided the sample to the vendor for their investigation. We traced Mr. [redacted]'s purchase history and believe the product in question was purchased in February 2015.  Due to the time that had lapsed while the product was in Mr. [redacted]'s home and the fact that no other complaints had been reported, we believe his concern is an isolated case.  Con Agra provided Mr. [redacted] with a double money back refund. We have provided the customer with a $10 goodwill credit to his Price Plus club card. Please let us know if you require any additional information.

No, I did not receive $10 from Shoprite.It's very difficult in my current situation to get back to the store so I've asked them to please mail it, but it seems to have fallen on deaf ears.

I overheard someone speaking in a very nasty fashion to another employee over the walkie-talkie. When I said to the employee "Who was that?" they said it was the owners and was typical. While the store is beautiful, and well-stocked it is obvious everyone who works there is miserable. I did not see one smiling, happy employee.
It is really sad that people can treat other people that way and get away with it because they are at the top of the food chain.I shop in 2 other Shop Rites and it is clearly a better environment. The employees there seem happy, and seem to honestly enjoy their work.
I thought slavery was over, but you wouldn't believe it to hear the way the owner spoke to that employee.
