August 06, Re: [redacted] ID #: [redacted] Dear [redacted] : Our records indicate that [redacted] signed up for a ShopRunner Free 30-day Trial Membership on June 26, 2014, via the Drugstore.com website On this same day, he placed an order with Drugstore.com using his ShopRunner Trial Membership, which provided free 2-day shipping for the order When [redacted] signed up for a Free 30-day Trial Membership, he was immediately sent an email that included a description of ShopRunner’s membership benefits On July 24, 2014, ShopRunner sent [redacted] a courtesy email to notify him that his ShopRunner Free Trial Membership was about to convert to a full membershipThis email included a description of ShopRunner’s membership benefits and the following statement: We wanted to send you a friendly reminder that your FREE 30-Day ShopRunner Trial membership expires on 7/26/and the $membership fee will be charged to the payment method we have on file for youIf you love the program, do nothing and get ready for your membership to kick into high gear! benefit.   From time-to-time, ShopRunner does offer its members certain promotional offers.  On February 11, 2018, ShopRunner sent an email promoting a free 1-year [redacted] My Choice Premium Membership (a $40 value) to a limited number of ShopRunner members.  The email had a code the member could enter on the [redacted].com website to sign up for the [redacted] My Choice Premium Membership.  The offer expired at 11:59 on February 13, 2018.   Our records indicate that Ms. Del V[redacted] contacted us on February 12, 2018 because her code for the free [redacted] My Choice Premium Membership was not working.  The code had a limited number of activations attached to it.  After researching the issue, we discovered that the code had been posted on various coupon sites and was activated by consumers who were never intended to receive the offer.  Unfortunately, the activations had reached the code limit.   ShopRunner partnered with [redacted] to obtain additional codes for customers who had been provided with the offer.  Our records further indicate that Ms. Del V[redacted] was sent a new code to activate the [redacted] My Choice Premium Membership on February 14, 2018.   We at ShopRunner are very sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused Ms. Del V[redacted]  We hope that receipt of the new code was a satisfactory resolution to Ms. Del V[redacted] inquiry.  However, if Ms. Del V[redacted] has any additional concerns or questions, we would like her to feel free to reach out to us at [redacted] or via email at [redacted]  We are available from 8am until 10pm seven days a week.     Best regards, Paula L[redacted], Customer Service ManagerShopRunner
