RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] . Please add your rejection comments below. If I believed that I wasn't deceived, I would not continue to fight this. I have asked for a meeting with all parties involved and don't understand why this request has not been granted and also how it is acceptable to commit to paying the mileage and then when the mileage is over what was calculated by the dealership tell me that it's too bad and I would not be receiving the rest of the money. That is completely unacceptable. I have never had dealings like this with any other business. Regards, [redacted]

[Mr. [redacted] and Courtesy Hyundai are bypassing the major issues. 1. I was told in January that they would buying out my car, they would be paying the payoff amount at the time  and I was free and clear of this car. I was assured this many times by salesman [redacted]. I asked several times due to the fact I was out of work due to major injury and if I had to pay any additional money I would keep the car that I had at the time and buy it out when the lease was up. That is the first time I was deceived. I will be the admit I was confused by the paperwork and asked [redacted] to explain it to me and I trusted what he said, which obviously my first mistake. I did not realize that this was not the case until I started to receive late payments notices from [redacted] in February. I had never been late on my payments since it was withdrawn automatically from my account. I contacted [redacted] at this time and was told they had not received any payments from Courtesy Hyundai as of this time. I explained to the [redacted] that I had traded the car in for my new lease, which is also through them, and the dealership was supposed to make the payoff. They stated that they had not received any monies from them. I then called [redacted], the Finance Manager at Courtesy and asked why the car had not been paid off, he then said I would have to pay the payments and then they would write a check to me. I was confused at this time because this was not what was talked about when I traded the car in but took his word for it. I received the check in the amount of $1125 and I sent in the amount of the last three payments and was waiting for the mileage bill to pay the rest. Throughout the next six months I would receive periodical calls from [redacted] stating that they have not received any paperwork from the dealership regarding my trade in. I would then call the dealership and they would say they sent it. As I stated previously these calls went back and forth for six months. In July I received a bill from [redacted] stating I owed them $1904 for a range of expenses. I contacted the dealership regarding the bill and was told they were unsure what the bill  would be for. I then went into the dealership many times to discuss the bill and meet with [redacted] and the salesperson. I asked for a meeting with the Salesperson and [redacted] so we could all be on the same page with what was said when the deal was made. This was never allowed to happen. I was told at the last meeting that the GM and the salesperson had the left the dealership and were unable to speak with me even though they were sitting in the dealership when I was leaving. I also asked for the contact information for the Regional Manager and was told that they did not have the information. I then located the information myself and when I spoke to [redacted] on the phone found out that he was in the dealership when I was asking for his information but did not think I was important enough to speak to. He also stated he would look into the situation and call me back two days later and I never heard from him.I attempted to make an offer to split the final expenses with the dealership and they refused. I have tried many times to set up a meeting with the GM and the salesperson, my requests were never granted. Contacting the Revdex.com was my last resort. I had no where else to go. The check they gave me for $1125 did not cover the amount of mileage. It was short $200 and I was told too bad, I would not be receiving the additional money. The mileage charge on the bill was $799.40 and I was given $600. Where did those extra miles come from?!?!? Also, I traded my car and turned over my keys on January 17,2015, my car was not inspected until six months later. The dealership held on to the car and when I received the bill from [redacted] I was charged $460 for tires, my tires were in great condition when I traded it in and I have no idea what was done with the car during those six months.I do have the remaining $500 that was left over from the $1125. As I stated above I was waiting for the mileage bill to make the payment and when I received the final bill, I had no idea what the charges were since again I was told they were paying off the lease and I was free and clear. This has now been going on for almost a year and has taken up so much time and energy. I do not thing that the dealership can deceive customers and have no repercussions.
