This business helps scammers from ebay send their packages anonymously outside the united statesTheir "support" is completely useless in helping with this as well, I had asked to see if they were holding the package still but they had asked me for my email address which had nothing to do with seeing if a package with my name on it was there, and the support was clearly uninterested in actually helping and barely knows how to speak English
I was researching for shipping companies who would ship to Lagos, Nigeria I called www.shoptomydoor.com at 9027, I was forwarded to a cell phone number, where a very unprofessional person picked up the phone She does not greet, just a simple "Hello", I explained what I was looking for, the connection was horrible, I believe they may be using a *** voice number, she gave me wrong information, her website advertises 3.29/lb and on the phone she changed it to 3.59/lb after that dead silence and she hung upI cannot do business with a company that behaves this way
