Here is a review I left on the company's page which explains the whole story...

I wish I could leave 0 stars.
First thing I want to say is the only pleasant person is the lady who answers the phone in the office. I guess she deserves the only star because everyone else is terrible. Do not work with this company. I wish Home Depot gave me options because I would have avoided this seeing their current reviews.

I went through Home Depot and entered in my EXACT measurements. The price was already very high which is whatever. I just want to say again, EXACT measurements. 2 days go by and the template guy finally comes, we explain to him we have a farmhouse sink and we are relocating it from it's current place. His exact words 'it doesn't matter they cut it on site.?

Great... 2 weeks go by and Home Depot calls us and says the template guy said we measured wrong and there's an additional balance of almost $600. Already this is SKETCHY. There's no way we measured it SO OFF that it would result in $600 of a difference?

I'd also like to add that my kitchen is TINYYYYYY so it is not difficult to measure to begin with.

Whatever, we pay it even though we feel robbed.

Here comes the best part, ANOTHER two weeks go by, the installers come. They show up, and say the sink cabinet needs to be cut for them to be able to make proper measurements to cut the countertop. This makes no sense because they aren't installing the sink. All they need is the sink measurements which I have. I call my husband and he says he's literally 5 minutes away, he will cut the cabinet for them so they can get their measurements.

The man tells me he can't wait and they leave. As soon as they pull away my husband pulls up, cuts it and it's done. They refuse to come back at this point. They send the template guy back and he double checks that it's good to go. He's arguing with my husband telling him he told him that the cabinet needed to be cut beforehand and he most certainly didn't tell us anything. He literally said that one statement to us about how they cut it on site and nothing else. He says they will be back first thing in the morning to install. He said there's no way they can come back today but he promises they will be back first thing in the morning.

Hi, it's first thing in the morning and they're currently yelling at us on the phone saying they don't know if anyone will be coming back to install the countertops. So we paid $2600 for them to not do anything at all.

I'm opening a case with the Revdex.com until this gets resolved. I just want everyone to know that it's really not worth the hassle. Move on, go through Lowe's. Find a different company unless your Home Depot will work with another third party company. Avoid these people.
