Everything started of great in the beginning. I submitted all off my info as they ask. As the week goes on my days are getting busier and busier as I run my small business. They continue to ask for more and more info which is understandable, but as they ask for it I can't get to it. John T[redacted] they guy working the loan begins to get pushy and aggressive, which is a total turn off for me personal in any situation. He had his assistant call me. She had an attitude like if I work for her, but in reality she works for me. I received crazy text messages which I have recorded of I quote "Really, you keep my assistant on hold"-"Enjoy all the bottom feeders who will be ringing your phone night and day". I was wowed by the text messages so I called I was than called called a jerk off in the phone call. I never in my life experienced a situation like this from a company. I will rather let my company shut down before take any disrespect from anyone or lender. I'm hoping that anything doesn't happen with my important information I sent over. I don't recommend this company for lending or at least John T[redacted]. They are hundreds of lenders like this willing to give you the same loan. Shore Funding Solution/John T[redacted] was the worst. This is just the beginning we will take this further.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

My Issue has not been resolved as I still do not have any answers from Mr. G[redacted], or shore funding.  This response from the company does not resolve my issue.  Legally, Shore Funding is required to provide me with an answer for a loan, either a decline or an offer.  I have not received anything from them other then this "pat" answer. Am I to take this as a decline?

Review: On June **, Keith G[redacted] emailed me an application to apply for a small business loan. On July **, I was able to provide all the documentation and application together and submitted the request to Keith. I was lead to believe this would be a short process and should have an answer within a couple of days. On July [redacted], I sent an email asking for an update. I gave a brief explanation of my credit score, and the circumstances I had been through. Keith did not reply, or contact me in any way. I again sent him an email on July [redacted], referencing my email on the [redacted], and the several voice mails I had left him. I followed up with another phone call and reached a gentleman by the name of Jeff. He stated he would give the message to Keith. Keith called at the end of the day, saying he had heard back from two of his lenders and they had said no. He stated he had sent requests to several others that are more in line with my type of business and should here back within a day or so. He would have his secretary follow up. He also stated I needed to go on line and go to "[redacted]". He said for $50.00 a month, the "lenders" would fix my credit and get back over 600, I was at 593. I'm not saying my credit score is good. However there are circumstances on why I am where I am at. In the beginning Keith said that shouldn't be a problem as his lenders work with businesses like me.

On August [redacted], 2015 I sent an email to Keith voicing my concerns again. hello Keith,

I am a little preturbed that I need to keep checking in with you on the status of my request. When we first spoke, I explained my situation cearly and fully. He stated you were sure you could help me, and you even called me a week or so later to say you were following up on my request. I completed my application and returned it to you. You called me right back on that day and asked that I send a signed copy of the application. Which I did.

I have received a call from another person in your company stating he could "defiantly" help me get funds. I explained I had put my application through to you. I left messages for you, and sent emails as well with no response. I had not received any notification of denial......nothing just left hanging. I again sent an email last week and left a message with Jeff. After I left the message with Jeff you called me back. Little concerned with the follow though you are providing on loan.

When we spoke, I did not get a feeling as though you were really willing to work on my request. You stated you had received my email and voice mail. However by not responding to them, it provides me with only one logical thought process. that you were not willing to work with me. I need to have some information on where this stands. I need to know you are really working on helping me. If not, have the curosity of letting me know so I have the oppertunity to go in a different direction.

I realize my credit history has been poor. I'm not asking for a "prime" interest rate, or hundreds of thousands of dollars. I am asking for a small amount so I can increase my inventory to ensure my business success. In the information you had provided me, you talked about (and it's in the paperwork) that you would take the payment right out of my merchant sales. Just in July alone I had cards sales of over $2,000.00. each month this contines to rise.

When you did call me back last week, you talked about my ending balance each month going down. That is a confusing statement to me. I have worked in banking for over 25 years, and have never heard of using the ending bank statement as a process for providing a loan. It has been based on ability to pay, and the income or gross sales.

You also told me to go to fixmycredit.com and pay $50.00 a month so they can fix my credit. That just sounds unethical, and a little scketchy. I have never heard of having to "pay" someone to fix your credit. I attempting to get a loan to increase my inventory, by which will increase my average sales, increasing my gross sales by which I will use to pay the loan off in a timely fashion. Which will help fix my credit.

I am not trying to be nasty, I just want the common curtsorsity for some communication.

He responded with "[redacted] .

[redacted]Desired Settlement: Communication whether it is with a loan offer or not. would prefer a loan even if it is a lower amount.

Review: I entered into a contract for a very high interest loan. I agreed to the terms. I did not receive what I bargained for or what the contract states. I believe this to be a breech of contract. I now look at the original contract as null and void due to their nonperformance.

In essence, I contracted for a certain loan amount and they sent less than the contracts states. I was willing to perform and they obviously were not.Desired Settlement: Since they defaulted immediately on the stipulated loan amount. I want to pay back the loan in a different time frame and a no interest rate. Due to the fact that they were taking advantage of high interest rates to begin with, I believe they should be penalized for their behavior.
