Ordered and received a [redacted] flashlight. Processing was quick, price was competitive, delivery was fair (free shipping sent our package from CT to MA then back to CT, unfortunately not uncommon with [redacted]). We had an issue with the light not turning on but after emailing the company, we received a prompt, courteous, helpful response and we were able to fix our problem (the issue was ours, not the product's). Thumbs up. We will do business with them again.

We have issued an RMA for this order.  We have offered an exchange.  We have sold these batteries to thousands of other customers without complaint.  We can not assist customers when they terminate the phone call and will not work with us to resolve problems.  The product has not...

been returned to date.  We will be happy to exchange the batteries once the RMA is received.

[redacted] ordered the wrong battery from our website. He was issued an RMA on 01/23/2018. He has failed to return the items for refund or exchange. We will be issuing a complete refund today March 5th 2018; with the understand that he is to not purchase from us in the future.

Review: I ordered a [redacted] flashlight from this website. It can be found at [redacted]. The last sentence clearly states "Comes with removable carry handle, car charging cord, and high quality carry/storage/display case."

When the flashlight arrived, the car charger and handle had been removed from the case. I submitted a question to customer service and was told that the product I ordered should have had the car charger, but doesn't include the carry handle. They pointed me to a second listed item called "[redacted] Flashlight kit" and said that must be what im referring to since it has the carry handle. In response to that, I sent a screen capture from their website showing the product description. I've saved this in case they change it in the meantime.

Again, even after sending that picture, I was told that I was mistaken and referring to the [redacted]-kit. Still no admission that there was a misrepresentation of the product on their end.

I bought the flashlight on sale, but the current list price shows a $7.50 difference between the 2 lights. In my 3rd email, I offered to pay the currently listed difference to have the handle shipped and be done with it. The response was that they sell the handle seperately for 20$, but could offer it to me for $14.

The advertising was pretty deceitful, and nowhere on the ad was I given any inclination that I wasnt buying a full kit.

The whole situation has been a headache.Desired Settlement: I'd like an apology for my wasted time/headache, the product description fixed on their site making it very obvious that this product isn't the full package you would expect if you had looked at this product on the manufacturer's site, and I'd like the carry handle. I'm still willing to pay the 7.50 difference.
