Shore Shot Photos

Review: On 08/05/2014 I paid a fee of $75.00 booking Shore Shot Photos, [redacted], to take my daughters senior pictures. The pictures were taken on Labor Day weekend 2014 in Wildwood, NJ. On 09/15/14 I placed my order and paid Shore Shots ([redacted]) an additional $345.00 for some loose prints and a book of pictures. On 10/28/2014 (after numerous attempts to reach [redacted] to advise him that I did not receive any pictures) [redacted] emailed me to notify me that he mailed my order to an incorrect address and would resend them. In mid December I received the loose prints but no book. I tried numerous times from mid-December 2014 thru January 2015 to reach [redacted] in regard to the book of pictures. [redacted] finally emailed me on 01/28/2015 advising that the book was 'damaged' in his office and he was having it reprinted and would have it shipped directly to me from the printing company. He also claimed that he was going to send me a $50 refund for the inconvenience. In March 2015 I texted [redacted] because I still did not receive the book. He said he had the book in his office for review and would be mailing it to me. Today is 04/28/2015 and I still have not received the book or the refund. My daughter and I have both made numerous attempts to contact [redacted] via text, phone, [redacted], and email. [redacted] has not responded to either myself or my daughter. I was able to locate a phone number for [redacted]'s parents and spoke to his father (on 04/25/2015) who assured me that the number I have [redacted] is correct and that he would have [redacted] return my call. Still nothing! I paid for a book of pictures that I have not received. My daughter is graduating in one month and I do not have all of the senior pictures I paid for. It is apparent that [redacted] is intentionally ignoring my phone calls, texts, and emails. For what reason, I do not know! I paid for a product, [redacted] took my money, and I never received the product I paid for.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $150 for the book and an additional $75 for the sitting fee that is costing me to have my daughters senior pictures retaken at another studio. This has caused unnecessary stress and upset.
