Outdoor furniture and firepit delivery were incomplete, missing a key component of glass stones for the firepitAlso, their delivery person broke my existing sun umbrella on the patioI have repeatedly reached out to request the simple delivery of an item that was paid for & needed in order for the firepit to function properlyThis has been met with an escalating tone of negativity and downright refusal to send the glass stones I paid forAs of last week, Iris Sis accusing me of A) receiving the missing stones I have been requesting, and B) and of breaking my own umbrellaBoth of these responses are completely off base and an unacceptable response
