Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below In regards to Complaint # [redacted] My last rejection was submitted with no response and I can't seem to edit it This was a day reservation, yes we screwed up by reserving the wrong daysThe first day is not the issue, ok we did not show up, I believe they are within their rites to cancel/rent the room that nightThe issue is the second day, (Friday) we had a reservation for that day, and it was paid for, we arrived at 10AM and spoke to the manager/owner at that time and were told to come back after 3:to check inWe came back at 4:and were then told she rented our room, because we didn't show up the day beforeIs each day to be treated as a separate reservation or can a day paid reservation be cancelled because of not showing on the first day? That is the issue Regards, [redacted]

We kept their room until 7:30am that day, when a former guest called to ask if we had anything available and since we had not heard from these guests after leaving all office and sign lights on for their late check inThey did not call us nor let me know of their situation when they arrived at 8:
amWe were people short & I doubled in laundry on the busy august weekendWe kept their We kept their room past our 6:am requirementIf I was not the smilest person, I apologized on the guest review website they blasted us onWe have guests here that have had their family reunions for and years, so their complaint without staying here is slanderous

We came back at 4:00 and were then told she rented our room, because we didn't show up the day before. Is each day to be treated as a  separate reservation or can a 2 day paid reservation be cancelled because of not showing on the first day? That is the issue.
