In November *** purchased a jeep liberty from meThe car was serviced and inspected by her mechanic at *** auto serviceI am not sure why she is claiming that it was a business of mine it was where she chose to have it looked atAs part of the deal a year service plan was to be
added. Close to months after the time of sale I was contacted from a local Dodge Dealers service department inquiring about the warranty on this jeepAt this time we found out it was mistakenly filed and not properly submitted and not currently valid. During this down time I authorized *** *** to go forward and diagnose any issues and I would pay any costs relating as long as I was kept informedThe error was on my part so Id honor the warranty obligations until I was able to activate the contractI had to fill out a New contract and initialed it for *** (which she was aware to speed the process) only difference was the term because we were 6+ months into this sale alreadyDuring this time *** has been extremely difficult with threats and claimsI offered a loaner car and a mechanic that was local and reliable to hershe's spent her time contacting everyone possible to say I wont help her with anything but that's the furthest thing from the truth on what's going onShe's contacted the warranty company and refuses to submit any repair receipts that she claims she had done since owning the jeep and the warranty company refuses to activate any warranty until doing soThat is the only thing holding this up from going forwardUp until the past week she has also been driving the jeep but yet claiming it isn't drivableNot once have I refused to help or have I ignored herThis could have been resolved a long time agoHad I been notified of any repairs prior we also would have found out about the warranty not being activeSometime during the end of May & beginning of June was the 1st time I was contacted in regard to any issuesUnfortunately *** chose to act on her own going forward on repairs and not contact anyone until now which would not be covered by any warranty agreements even if it were on at the time
