[redacted]. Owner of a 2004 Coachman Elite. Yes, the Coachman remains at the [redacted] facility until the ECM module is replaced. This module is needed for the RV to start. NGIC insurance, [redacted]'s insurance company, hired an independent appraiser to look at their Coachman to determine if the module was Shoreline Boat & RV's responsibility or the [redacted]. They have determined that it is the customer's financial responsibility to pay for the ECM module. This is beyond our control and is in the hands of the insured and the insurance company. As soon as the Coachman is repaired with the ECM module we will have the unit return to Shoreline to complete our repairs to the customers satisfaction. We will be happy to work with the Balli's to address all of their concerns. This is unfortunate that this repair has taken an extended amount of time but under the circumstances we are unable to complete our repairs. We give a life-time warranty on our repairs, as long as the customer owns the RV. It is our main goal to satisfy and work with the customer and the insurance company to produce a quality repair and a happy customer.
