Richard completed my taxes & I paid in full over years agoNow is sending me a bill saying I owe another 240$ for stuff he never didHe over-charges & rips people offLeaves you hanging if you have a deadline & then charges you moreEverytime you talk to him because you are stressed about his lack of completing something...he will charge you by the minute & also charge per piece of paper Be warned that he is a rip off
