I gave the customer to pay the car and the fix to get the car back, he did not do thatMy offer is still openIf he pays the balance off and pay for the fix, he can get the car back

I highly regret that the car had a issue month after it was bought but unfortunately we can not control that and it looked as if that car had never had the regular maintenance performed after it was bought which explains the issue. We do work with all my customers with
any issues that may rise at any time after the purchase even if it is years laterIn this case the customer stopped paying for his car long before it had an issueHere at MGM we were still trying to help him as we keep in mind that it is hard some times to keep up with billsHowever after we went out of our way to fix the car for our customer, the customer did not keep his end of the deal which resulted in him losing the car as he should have in the first placeHe has a balance left of over three thousand dollars plus the issue that the car still needs fixed

Unfortunately we are not going to make payment plans for you to pay your car off. As for your belongings you are responsible for picking it up. We are giving you until the end of this week to pick up your belonging since we are not a storage facility.

I had made a payment arrangement one I paid to have the car towed to the lot to be fixed. It just had its oil changed about 1 month prior to the engine locking up. This was shortly after one of the spark plugs blew out so I remember it well. As for not making the payments, I still do not understand how I am supposed to make them when you do not attempt to run my debit card for the account I had set up to pay this car off. I have the bank statements from the time I brought he vehicle and it shows I had more than enough to make the payments on the dates it was due. We were past that issue anyways before we made the agreement to have the car towed and fixed at he dealership.  We agreed to have the account caught up and current before the end of September. I made a payment when we spoke for the first time about he engine being locked up. I was to make double payments for a couple months until the account was current. I did not know it would cost over 400.00 to ship the vehicle o you. Once it shipped I called and spoke with the manager and explained that after paying the tow fee I was going to have a hard time making my second payment that month and needed to make it on the following pay day. He AGREED TO THIS! After the vehicle was on the lot I made several attempts to contact the manager to see how things were going. I believe he was avoiding me due to the fact it was his plan all along to get me to tow the vehicle to him and keep it to fix, resell, and make more off of it to benefit himself over my disadvantage. He claimed he had a replacement engine for 1500.00 I am not sure what labor cost, but I am sure it was in house. I paid 3000 down plus the payments that I had made. The vehicle wasn't much over 6000 to start with. I had 4000 in it up to this point. Now they are selling it for 6000 again. It just turns my stomach knowing that we had made arrangements for the account to be current by the end of September, I had deferred a payment due to the cost of towing it over 200 miles, again the manager agreed to this, and once it is there they seize the vehicle. Also, I offered to make a 1500.00 payment the day after I spoke with the manager and he informed me he was going to repo the vehicle. He said he had to have at least 3000. He knew I have six young children and couldn't just double a VERY REASONABLE offer of 1500.00. also I would like our property BACK from inside the vehicle. I have waited ample time but never have received it. They are holding my childrens 3 car seats?! I dont know why... Along with other items. You stated in your last response hat I have a balance of 3000... You broke the arrangements we had made over the phone. Yes, I got behind, but we worked it out and were past that. If I cannot receive the down payment I made, on a vehicle I was OVER halfway invested in, I would at least like to have the opportunity to get the vehicle back and pay the rest of the balance off so my family is not swindled out of over 4000.00 with nothing to show for it. Also, you have the DVD advertised again on this truck. It doesn't work. You do not have a DVD system, you just have a screen. That was one of the selling points I came to for my kids in the first place. Stop advertising it for more than what it is. I has 240,000 miles on it. I already had one spark plug well blown out and replaced, the others will follow so it is not in sound condition nor is it an excellent buy. It is not a one owner vehicle. If you will let me have the vehicle back, pay off what is left on it, I will take it as is with no complaints if something else goes wrong. I will pay 500.00 a month to pay it off faster and set up a direct deposit to ensure the payments go directly to you. We have been without a family vehicle since you decided to keep this one and we cannot afford to lose over 4000.00 on this. I can pay the 3000.00 plus repair costs and I feel we both come out a little better for it.

I will hold you to your word on shipping my items back to my home address as we had discussed and you agreed to do. If the items are returned in the amount of time I previously stated I will not hold you liable for their value. You agreed to ship them to my home address and I expect you to follow through with your word. I also expect a refund on shipping costs for sending the vehicle for repairs. I didn't send it to you for a repossession.  Please keep your word and ship the items to my home. If you refuse to keep your word and agreement I would like you to do so publicly. Also, I never claimed you were a storage facility nor did I ever request that you store my items. Again, you stated you would ship them to my home, so I am uncertain of why you would make such a comment. Thank you.

My other issue stands unresolved as well and is very important. I had items in the car. Car seats, important paperwork in the console, CD's, [redacted] card ect. I willingly shipped the vehicle at my own expense to MGM for repair under the agreement o have it fixed. They repossessed the vehicle shortly after it arrived outside of verbal agreements made to make the account current by he end of Sept 2014. It was sated that my items could be shipped to my address, but they were never sent back to me. I never received notice via phone call, certified mail, or any other communication that they had intent of selling or disposing of my personal property. I demand return of these items within 14 days of this notice. If these items are not available for return and unlawfully disposed of I demand either a return of the shipping charge $400.00 along with $350.00 for property unlawfully disposed of. I will also accept the return on the vehicle (shipped back to my home.)  with a payment plan of 350.00 per month to cover the remaining balance and shipping charge.
