I normally wouldn't put this much energy into a complaintI believe the unaware traveler and the City of Shoreline need to know about the nefarious activities that are occurring within it's city limits at the Shoreline MotelI drove up from Idaho towing a car for my 18yr old daughter that is currently working and attending Shoreline Community College in the FallThis is "the woman" the clerk is referring to as a prostitute that does drugs at his MotelShe lives with a family blocks away from the Motel which is the reason I checked into the closest place availableI am a retired Calif Peace Officer currently working in Idaho with a Hospital Security FirmWhen I asked the Clerk for a partial refund due to the Police raid next door, he guaranteed me that everything was OK even though their was still a young woman in the room next door looking out her window and appeared to be under the influenceI spoke to the clerk and presented my concerns about the smell of the non-smoking room and that the toilet was leakingI walked with the clerk to the room where I showed him the toilet, pointed out the ragged Drapes, the microwave with a hole punched through the door etc...I did at no time ask for all my money back due to the 3hrs I stayed thereI wanted to be reasonable and just cut my losses at this pointI knew that a good night's sleep would be impossible due to all the days troubling eventsI checked out near 7pm and returned home stopping off at an Econolodge in Ellensburg to sleep for the nightSo in response to the Shoreline Motel's rebuttal, all one has to do is look at the reviews other people have written about their stay at the Shoreline MotelCome to find out, there is a pattern of denial and blame given by the Motel ManagementOne woman even posted pictures of hypodermic needles that she found in a bundle under her mattressMotel Management tried to tell the woman that they were hers when she reported thisI take their account of this exchange very personal.When they imply that I'm a liar and my teenage daughter is a prostitute and drug addict they have crossed a serious lineA written apology and refund is surely in order

She lives with a family 4 blocks away from the Motel which is the reason I checked into the closest place available.
