I filed a complaint ( DEC 27, 2016) as I was not receiving return calls from the company, I must thank Revdex.com for following up and at your direction/instructions I received an immediate call from the owner who came to inspect the door and supposed to provide an estimate. Without any reluctance he fixed the problem at the same time and resolved my concern. He provided good information at this time regarding how to maintain the track, pulleys, and wheels for proper function of the garage door. My about two years old problem is resolved now as what needs to be done to maintain the garage door.
I appreciate both the Revdex.com and the company for immediate action.
It was a positive experience this time. I appreciate and expect this type of experience.

Review: I ordered a garage door from the owner in the beginning of November and paid him in full when they came to install, had a lot of issues getting him to come back and finish the install because they didn't finish that day. The garage door was not the one that I had ordered, I signed a contract with the correct one but the owner installed a different one and said the company wouldn't ship him an exchange one that he would have to pay out of his pocket. He asked me for time which I have given, I am now going on 8 months. I have called the 3 phone numbers on my contract for months, at first he would pick up and tell me he would come and exchange it but now I just leave messages with no reply. I have exhausted any means I have to resolve this but I feel he is not going to honor my contract and I think I have been extremely patient. Can you help me please?Desired Settlement: I would like the garage door that I ordered and paid for.
