Manager reviewed this customer's account and indicated several late payments and ongoing delinquencies which generated the late fees in question. If the resident wants to avoid late fees being applied to her account she must keep the account in good standing and remain current on all payments. Thanks you.

As far as the elevator repair, we have been communicating with all the residents of this building from before the work began and throughout the process giving frequent updates on the repair status.
