This resort charged my credit card for $1000, when they were not authorized to do so, after the reservation was cancelled They claim we were a 'no-show" even though we have records where we called and cancelled When they were contacted, their response was "take it up with your bank"!! My bank is NOT the one that put the fraudulent charges on my credit card!! It seems we aren't the only ones having problems If you read the reviews, many of them complain that they are being charged for all of the "extra" things that they don't know about until they check in This resort, in my opinion, is unethical
I stayed at this resort in June of and the room was filthy, most of the lights didn't work, the cable and the internet was out, the phone in the room was broken, the bunk beds collapsed on my kids since they were already broken, and the resort refused to do anything about it or issue a refund This was fraud, plain and simple, and people should keep away from this toxic resort The worst part of all is that the staff and management simply didn't care...the supervisor kept making promises but never came through on any of them

I am writing this review to warn people about this establishment. It is absolutely horrible! Was told that our total cost for a four day stay would be $1900; however once we arrived we discovered that they had charged our debit card $2600.... When we requested to speak to the manager, we were not given a polite response. We had the front desk clerks roll their eyes at us and laugh when we explained our issues. The front desk manager was very rude and unhelpful as well as the Maintenance manager. We had bugs in our room,blood on the wall, exposed wiring, and there were people smoking marijuana out on balcony, which enabled us from enjoying any outdoor time on our deck area.
The maintenance manager moved us to a new room, but told us no refund would be offered. Once we arrived in new room, we found human feces outside our front door step! We called and complained with NO RESPONSE....My husband had to clean this mess up. It was a nightmare of a vacation. The company has yet to contact us about our grievances. Our trip took place July 9-13.
