SRS followed the Repossessions laws in the state of CAI am restricted in my response in this matter due to 3rd party discloser concerns and possible litigation in the futureThe complaint has called SRS offices and stated she intends to go further with this matter in the courtsSRS can only once again state that we followed all laws and acted in a professional manner with this Repossession

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The response received is inaccurateI never yelled at himHe yelled at meI questioned who he was before my car were ever hooked up to anythingI got in my car before as wellI was completely fineMy car would be returned to me no matter whatSo he advised me that his car had video recording and I request for it to be pulled if we need to go to court Regards, [redacted]

I will respond to this while trying to not release any private informationThe above incident did occur on 10/13/as statedRepossession laws DO NOT require repo agent to wear a uniform of any kindRepo Tow truck are not required to be marked other than a RA # listed on truck and SRS RA # was
marked and visible on this truckI have spoke with my agent a couple times to get a clear picture of what happenedSRS agent spotted what he thought might be the unit parked in the street but a couple houses away from addressAgent parked his truck and walked up to check the Vin# on dashboard of vehicle as this unit has been sub plated with personalized platesHe verified this was indeed the unit we have a repo order forHe got back into his truck and backed up to unit with wheel lift loweredHe secured the unit with truck and raised about inches off the groundAgent then got out of truck and noticed a female had walked up to the front of his truckAgent asked if this unit was hers and female did not respond she just stood at front of truck with her arms crossedAgent then walked to back of truck and placed a security chain from tow truck to unitHe then raised unit another inches as he was about to secure with tow strapsThe female who was standing there then walked to drivers door of unit and entered the unitShe started the car and drove it off of tow truck but unit only went about a foot or tow as security chain stopped the unitThere was a very loud boom and the unit appeared to jolt backThe female then got out of unit and agent said her name and he was with legal ownerShe was very upset and yelling at agent about not having a proper uniform and why truck did not have proper markings? Agent informed her CA does not require repo agents to wear uniforms and he showed her that truck had RA# stickers on unit as requiredAgent had his cell phone in hand and explained that if she did not comply he would call Police and let me come deal with herCustomer removed her belongings from the truck as agent stood by and she went into her houseSRS notified the Legal owner right away with what happenedThere was damage done to the repossessed vehicle and slight damage to the tow truck hitch armsThe customer called SRS office and she was told that we would not accept any liability for damage to this vehicle as it was her actions that led to the damageShe said she would be filing a Police report and Insurance claimSRS has no problem with that as we have visual proof that unit was lifted when she got into unitThis entire complaint if falsely made up
