Short Run Printing has been an absolute joy to work with over the past yearI have had several last minute projects that I needed next day and they have always made that happen for meI had made a mistake on my quote and had actually over paid by $and it was Short Run Printing who found the error and instantly refunded the difference to meI honestly would have never have caught the errorThat to me speaks loudly about there customer service!

The communication is the worst I have ever dealt with any business beforeDanielle B*** is one of their employees who treats the clients with a very poor, childish, and amateur approachThey take very long time to respond, and don't take responsibility of their faults in damaged goods caused by shippingI had requested extra padding for my 2rd order, due to damaged items in the first order which I have let slideThe shipping box was by far even worse, stocked up without any protection, magazines came bent and tornThey do not have a forwarding email system, which caused mrs Danielle to be very mean to me explaining herself with sicknessweeks I waited for any action to be takenThey have sent a UPS guy to pick up orders a WEEK (!) later, without even informing me they would take out the items back, after I already sent out whatever damaged items they have sent to me, REFUNDING my clients, but still providing them with whatever I could just to be on time with promised printThis was also blamed on meApparently another batch of my order was already printed but because of their pride they decided to waste it and just not ship itExtremely disappointed with their manners and caused me terrible loss of moneyWill definitely never work with them again

Printing is phenomenal customer service is great would highly recommend to anybody never had an issue getting my project on time I love these guys
