completed a bat control service on the property in August 2016, done under the name of [redacted] During our inspector's original assessment, the [redacted] expressed an interest in completing the work as inexpensively as possible and volunteered to complete some of the work themselves. Part of the work the [redacted] were to complete themselves was to create an access opening in the ceiling because the attic would be inaccessible otherwise. Afterwards, the [redacted] chose to not create this access opening, so Dodson created the opening at no additional charge to the [redacted]. I was made aware that the [redacted] continued to experience more problems with bats after the service was completed and Dodson employees returned for more corrective service. I have personally been to the property since then, and before this complaint was filed. I did not find any evidence of a continuing bat problem. I have been under the impression that the [redacted] continue to live in the home every day. My purpose in trying to contact [redacted] was to make arrangements to see the pictures and videos she mentions in her complaint. I am willing to consider the partial refund she requested when I am able to see the evidence that they continued to have bats after our follow-up service.
