Short Sound Systems

Review: I ordered a pair of powered EV speakers from Short Sound Systems. When I received the units, one of them had a dented front grille, and a loose component could be heard inside of the speaker cabinet. After one use, the unit stopped working. Although I made Short Sound Systems aware of the condition upon receipt, they refused to give me an exchange nor a refund. Instead they tried to force me to a service center and ignored my request for a refund. Stay away from this company. They are unprofessional. I was told by the owner...... "shut your little mouth and listen because you're the worst customer I've ever had".Desired Settlement: I would like to return their product(s) for a full refund. I shouldn't have to do it under conditions of a new product that was in "used" condition to begin with.
