Short Stop Upholstery

The Short Stop Upholstery was hired to redo to inside of my vehicle. She was explained what I wanted exactly and she agreed that she could deliver and she could do it in 1 Months time. After 1 months time the vehicle was still being upholstered. After about 1 1/2 months I finally was able to pick the vehicle up. When I received my vehicle it wasn't how we discussed. The interior looked unfinished, the carpet was bulky and unfitted, The radio was popped out and not placed properly. The dash board had chipped paint. The paint was chipped in several other places. The back seat wasn't secured and was easily removable. She was paid before the car was seen and refused to return the money.
