Mr [redacted] planned to purchase a Honda Accord coupe from us and traded his current one into usHe wanted to have a certain payment but we couldn’t get there because of the negative equity in his current HondaTo make a deal with Mr [redacted] we discounted the over $Unfortunately the financing did not work outWe wish it had, we have nothing but the utmost respect for Mr [redacted] and we are grateful for his service to our countryWith that being said the numbers didn’t work out and we aren’t happy about it either

Hello, I am emailing you so that my case can be updated to resolved, I was refunded my $yesterday

I have been in contact with Mr*** and expressed my apologies for what transpired on the day that he has mentionedIt was an unfortunate set of circumstancesI’m happy to say that we have resolved the issues with Mr*** and he picked up his new car today

I have spoke with Mrs*** on 7/14/We are processing the refund to her credit card today (7/14/2017)there was a mix up with the sales person and the customer in regards to the refundthe sales person had thought that Mrs*** was going to cancel the deposit with her credit card
companyAll has been resolved

the refund has been processed and mailed to the customer

we have contacted customer and issue has been resolved

I am rejecting this response because:  I had advised the sale's person, his manager, and the person who appraised my car, that there was no need for finance, as I had finance already from the [redacted].  I was also approved from Honda Financial, for $43,000.00, which I also explained.  The issue that [redacted] Honda had, was they couldn't accept a fax from [redacted], obvious a well recognized institution.  They told me, if the deal could not close by the Wednesday, that they would not offer the deal.  First of all, they stated that they had the vehicle, which was a flat out lie.  The 2016's have not been released as of yet.  I believe their motive was simply GREED.  They didn't want to own up to the deal period.

This customers money was refunded on November 9th.

The refund of $500 was processed to the credit card on file on 11/20/2017

Mr [redacted] brought his vehicle in and the problem has been fixed. His daughter picked up the car today

Leases have a higher standard for approvals, so in the event that a customer is denied credit on a lease we like to offer a customer the option of financing the vehicle. Mr. [redacted] signed a credit application that allows us and the financial institutions that we deal with to obtain his credit report for the purpose of credit worthiness. Our goal is to always deliver a car to a happy customer. I'm sorry that this did not occur with Mr. [redacted] due to factors out of our control.
