While their response certainly collaborates my initial complaint it is hardly a resolution. And I must say no offer to fix anything further was made. I was told I would need to take the vehicle to a transmission specialist to have anything further done. So that's not true. And with everything that I complained about and everything that they collaborated that I complained about I feel justified that some sort of reimbursement is due to me. Yes I approved the repairs.. with the conversation and thought/trust that my car would be repaired.. and it never was.. it never stopped leaking for even one day. It was to big of a job for them, they did not fully inspect the job before they quoted a price nor began repairs.. if they couldn't handle the job then they shouldn't have taken 1756.99 from me with the promise to stop the leaks. I had never had any transmission leaks until this shop began working on my car. Only oil. They caused my transmission to leak, apparently in multiple areas and now I am out all that money and my car is in worse shape. That is not good business.
