I was charged membership fees for people for months after I called to have membership cancelled and was told that membership was cancelled On August 27, 2016, my girlfriend and myself dined at Shorty SmallsWe decided to try out the membership and was told we could cancel at any timeI signed myself and my girlfriend up on my Discover cardI called within days and cancelled our membershipsI was told by the manager on duty, who I believe was the same person who had signed us up, that the membership had been cancelledmonths later I noticed that I had still been charged for memberships for months for a total of $ I called November or and spoke to the manager on duty and explained the situation and he stated that he would refund of the fees, which was still unsatisfactoryI have since received only two refunds of $14.95, and I am owed $This issue is no fault of mine and the business solely is at fault
