I am the owner of a [redacted] which was reported stolen on 8/25/ [redacted] My vehicle was recovered and sent to the above listed businessI was given the phone number of the business and not one person answered the callI kept calling everyday for status but no answerTropical storm Harvey hit late Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday and unable to call or travel due to safety reasonsOn Wednesday the business answered and stated I have to pay a sixth day penalty despite the stormThis business showed no compassion

This storage lot takes advantage of the customer in a difficult situation The management is very unprofessional, spouting "laws" that are not valid (I called the TDLR to confirm) and refusal to refunds with no signs posted and lied that it was on the receipt When given the receipt back for proof of where it stated no refunds, the manager proceeded to wad it up and throw it on the floor at my feet, and after I picked it iup and asked again to be shown where it stated that, he wadded it up again and threw it outside the door on the ground I admit that I used a few profane words but never screamed or lost my composure I feel they know that you need something they have and will milk you for every dime in a desperate situation

My vehicle was towed to *** *** (US Enterprise) after being recovered due to an auto theftI was informed originally by *** then *** who I communicated with during the duration of my vehicle "being repaired", that my vehicle would be stripped down, evaluated & before I drove it off the lot they would make sure it was running correctlyIt was stated whatever need to repaired would be communicated to me & the insurance companyI was told there were supplements submitted to the insurance company that was never submittedI was informed by *** *** that a estimate had not been done on 5/26/& when I spoke to my Adjuster, he stated the estimate was already doneThey stated all they did was repaired what was on the estimate from the insurance company which should have taken days but *** *** had my vehicle for weeksI called & went to the shop each week & got the run aroundI called constantly & multiple times in a dayI w

Review: I received [redacted]nd had a verbal confirmation from Shorty USA Inc. (via telecon 1/6/15)to return three items for refund. The items were returned, new, in original packaging via USPS (tracking number [redacted]). The items were received by Shorty USA Inc. on 1/8/15. No refund was issued, numerous attempts to contact Shorty USA Inc. have been made via website email application, email, and telephone. To date no refund or response has been received from Shorty USA Inc.Desired Settlement: Refund of total purchase price of the three items as agreed upon.

Review: Ordered a Beretta 92 airsoft pistol from these folks on Dec 9, 2014. It was obviously faulty as it fired rounds when I put it on safety and leaked propellant gas. Sent an email to shorty about the issue and was ignored. I filed a request for an RMA to exchange the gun on Jan 6, 2015 and received a form email telling me that they were on it. Beyond that, not a word. The only communication that these yahoos answer to is RMA requests. Originally, I wanted to exchange the item, but after this experience with Shiortyusa I want a refund. Thanks.Desired Settlement: Take this piece of garbage back and refund my money. After that, I promise never to visit your site again.

Review: Unfortunately there are two primary natures of this complaint false advertisement and a major delivery issue on the webpage there is clearly displayed 2 day shipping for 48 lower states. and it clearly depicts states color coded on the estimated delivery date ranging from 1 to 10 days. I live in new jersey practically right over the bridge from there establishment. it has been almost two weeks now since I have received any package of any sorts according to they're map my package had the time to go to California . now on the second main problem delivery and contact again on there web page it shows a "contact us" tab not only does the contact number not work but the '24/7 helper' did not assist me whatsoever responses were very vague and extremely delayed I am still waiting on a response for my email I sent 5 days ago.,Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my package or a full refund of my purchase. it would be incredibly appreciated if the false advertisement was taken down and the "24/7" online helper was replaced with an actual attentive staff member I am a regular member there at shorty usa and I've never had any problems in person. I'm also not one to complain, in fact this is my first ever complaint. unlike this establishment other companies have contacted me if there was a mistake made or if the package is expected to be late. I am infuriated that shorty's did nothing to remedy my issue , no answers to my questions , nothing fixed.

Review: Received RMA approval from them on June 28 2015. Ithen paid to have the products shipped back to them. They received my returned merchandise on July 5 2015 and said that it would take 7-10 business days to process my return. I have not heard anything back from the company. I have emailed them as to the status of my return and also used their website to message them directly and still nothing. Emailed them on September 8 2015 and messaged their customer service September 15 2015 and still no response. My return met all of their requirements as new in box unused and undamaged. I packaged them in a much bigger box and surrounded both items in bubble wrap.Desired Settlement: All I want is to receive the store credit for the items returned so that I can use that towards a final purchase with the company. After that I will no longer do any type of business with this company ever again.

Review: On February 9th, 2015 my son ordered a air soft gun from Shorty USA online. He received confirmation of his order Via email. On February 19, 2015 son sent message to customer service asking why order was not processed and payment was still not withdrawn. No reply was received by company. On February 20,2015 money 107.97 was taken out of account from Shorty USA, order was still not processed. March 3, 2105 sent another customer service email requesting info, no response. Called them on March 3, 2105 spoke to employee said order was declined would have to speak to manager took phone numbers. March 4, 2015 we called Shorty USA again spoke to manager who states the reason order was not shipped was my name" Harry was not a name used in the 90's" then goes on to question personal information. We requested the order to be canceled. We had to call back to request refund, at which time they said "they never took the money out and its not done automatically" after telling them again the the money was withdrawn and we wanted a refund they requested we send a copy of the bank statement which we did and took out personal info. March 5, 2015 we still have not received refund, or contact via email or phone from this company Shorty USA. We do have all of the names of the people we spoke with. Desired Settlement: Would like my sons money of the 107.97 deposited back into his account ASAP.
