Review: This business sold me a car which is a lemon. It is a 2004 Honda Accorda DX. Which was purchased in April 2015. I only had the car for a week when the gear shift fell off, in which I had to use a screw driver to put it in reverse and drive. The brakes went. The windows stop working and where moving on their own. I was told at the time of purchase any thing that goes wrong they would fix it. After getting the gear shift fixed and new brakes on the car the starter went on it. I had the car towed to the shop and they had it for a week they could not fix it so they sent it out. They gave me a loaner car which was junk and the back tire frame was bent and I had people stopping me and telling me that it was a accident waiting to happen. When I received the car back the dashboard was popped out and my horn did not work. So I took back and it was fixed about a two span went by then the air conditioner went and the doors stop working and the driver side mirror fell off. At this point I took the car to them and demanded they fix it. As of todays date the door is still broke and the air conditioner still does not work and my passenger door still will not open. They refinanced my loan after their shop caught on fire. I had only made one payment, come to find out they paid the car off the company refunded my first payment which was never give to me or applied to the new loan that they financed. I was promised a whole new car which I have not received. The car is only worth $1000.00 and they are charged me $7000.00. This place is very boot leg and a rip off.Desired Settlement: At this point I want my 900.00 dollars plus the 297.00 that was paid into the car which totals #1197.00 dollars and they can have their car back and this will be a done deal. I do not want any more serves from them and well not take another lemon law car from them. I have contacted my Attorney General Offices for consumer affairs a if necessary I well hire a lawyer and sue. them.

Review: I actually have several complaints about this company. I purchased a vehicle from Shorty's Detailing And Window Tinting in March 2015. I have already paid for my hard tags. They were 300 dollars. It is now October 2015 and I still have not received my hard tag. I have to pay 10 dollars every 30 days to get a new temporary tag after already paying for my hard tags. They keep telling me their having problems getting my title. I don't feel as though I should be paying extra money when I already paid. My second issue with this company is I took my vehicle there to get the brakes and rotors changed. I was told to leave my car there so they could fix it. This was on August 10th 2015. I picked my car up on August 11th 2015. I noticed that my brakes were still squealing as if they were not changed after paying, also my iPod was missing from my car. That was my only way to listen to music because the radio hasn't worked since I bought the car. I immediately called the owner and [redacted], the manager of the car section, and let them both know my belongings were missing. [redacted] said on several occasions that he would replace the iPod, but never did. Again it's now October 2015 and my belongs have yet to be returned to me. [redacted] also acknowledged that is was an employee known for stealing from customers cars and even employees cars. His name is [redacted]. I have proof in my phone records that they were to replace my belongings but every time I come to talk to them they are completely avoiding me. My third complaint is when I traded my Pontiac for the vehicle I have now, they did not take the car out of my name. And when they sold the car, the female they sold it to has been getting tickets in my name. When confronted about this situation the owner told me he would handle it. My license was almost suspended because of their carelessness. What this "business" is doing is illegal and I don't appreciate any of this. Is ridiculous. I appreciate you taking the time to read my complaint and hopefully you do a full investigation on them soon, because what their doing is wrong.Desired Settlement: I would like a thorough investigation in this business. They are a very shady company and are doing illegal things. I would also like the money for iPod and I would really appreciate getting my hard tags which I paid for months ago.

Review: I baught a Honda crv 2002 about two months ago.it took me two months to receive the car after I paid 500 down.when I finally received it I was asked to give another 560.00 that day.

The same day I got it the check engine light the srs light and repair lightcame on.I let [redacted] know.he said it would get fixed.

Well two weeks from the day I baught it,he pulled the loan.because I'm in a bankruptcy , which he knew about. he said he needed a paper from my lawyer. I spoke to the loan company who called my lawyer and they found out the car wasn't in the bankruptcy so everything was fine.[redacted] proceeded to pull loan anyway.

Well it's two months later give or take some daya from the day loan was pulled. in the truck is still front of my home.it doesn't work.and temp tag ends on November 4 th.I call and Text [redacted] every day and ge says he's coming.

I will not bring him the truck because he has threatened me in every way possible in I'm scared of this man.he has screamed at me made sexual comments to me.

I have lost two jobs and my son is autistic has missed many Dr appointment.

I'm a single mom who can not afford any of this.please if there is anything you can do to help me.please call me [redacted].I wanted to do this through the court but can not afford to file it.

There is so much more to this situation I can explain when called.
