I am rejecting this response because:I was unable to find a similar white Lexus SC replacement vehicle with the amount offered, notwithstanding an
exhaustive website search was undertaken during the past months. I would appreciate it if Desert Lexus can show or produce a similar vehicle in the same condition at the settlement amount offered.Also I have not received any confirmation that all costs incurred with respect to this vehicle such as Fix Auto charges for towing and storage where the vehicle was towed to following the accident would be coveredFix Auto recently advised that they may file a lien against this damaged vehicle which remains in their custody.Counsel was retained by me on Sept in an attempt to resolve this matter expeditiously since no further communication or assistance was forthcoming from Desert Lexus.Counsel indicated that Desert Lexus had not notified its insurer and that Desert Lexus was uncooperative and difficult to deal with.Desert Lexus did not assume responsibility for concluding this matter when it was their responsibility to look after their client.As a non resident trying to piece together the situation including the various insurance companies for the driver of the vehicle which caused the accident (he only had $10,coverage) , the driver of my vehicle , the upholstery shop and Desert Lexus who had responsibility for my vehicle, to conclude a settlement seemed daunting. I am returning to California in early Jan and want to resolve this matter so that I can make arrangements for a placement vehicle.I have no interest in use of a Desert Lexus loaner vehicle which Desert Lexus had previously suggested and would have prefer an additional cash payment in lieu of this suggestion.Confirmation of who and where the individuals in management are, that Desert Lexus suggest I speak with to conclude this would be appreciated since my past experience with a senior manager has been stressful and unsatisfactory
