Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted] I read message from this [redacted] she is mis informed, I hav every conversation recorded on what was said and agreeded on, and phone records of dates pepco promised to do work and didnt show up here, [redacted] didnt want to cut out concrete , ***s guys didnt show up to finish job in november 2014, [redacted] kept promising someone would come out and no one did, I called again this spring to inform [redacted] [redacted] in may of this year no one has called this spring and pepco's materials were stacked up and still is in my garage at that time I informed [redacted] I was tired of broken promise's and was going to hire someone to do work that I hav estimates to do work needed, I also told [redacted] if he wanted his materials to come get them, I hav photos showing 3/of inch drop in floor, we hav photos and dates when his foreman [SON] came to work with only one bag for entire job and never came back, we hav phone dates of promise's and no return calls or work getting done so we hav no choose but to hire someone, [redacted] said he cnat finish job becuz of a ill wife , I said I was sad to here that but I also need a written comitment from him to finsh the work or id hire someone, [redacted] said we dont need any written comitment so I told [redacted] after all the broken promises last november to finish job I had to move forward at that time [redacted] said he was sick of that [redacted] garage he had a sick wife, I again said I was sorry to hear this,, but I also need the work to get done and I hung up on [redacted] pepplinski, we hav found out [redacted] situation in past few weeks and are very upset to understand his real situation but also need to move forward to get job at hand finished, we are sitting here since last september not being able to use an area of approx 12x12ft, we have two estimates that will be followed up on unless we receive a written comttment stating this will be finished in next days from today, I hav had [redacted] here once he promised to hav guys do it,and no one shows up hav dates times , then they show up with one bag, [redacted] brings four more bags and it sitting in garage last months , SO all calls and promise's are recorded, photos taken, request to hav owner repair far before warranty up, and in response to me paying for the job, yes I did in full as requested in OUR contract with pepco I did my part as good customer to pay on so there it is,

This letter is in response to the complaint you received from *** *** The first thing I would like to say is that after the job was finished Mr*** inspected, approved, was happy with how it turned out and paid us in fullWhen we did finally hear from him it was about an supposed 3/4" drop in the floor.*** *** (owner) and *** *** (foreman) both went to look at Mr*** floor and determined there was a slight variation but not 3/of an inchBut because this bothered Mr*** they asked him what he would like them to doAt which time he said he wanted a product called Modified Latex Self Leveling Concrete*** and *** didn't want to do this because it doesn't work well, dries black' and they figured Mr*** would not like it. But we did as he asked and he didn't like itSo we offered to cut the concrete out (which by now is roughly a 10' X 10' area) and re-pour itHe did not want us to do that. But he want us to come in spring when it got warm and try more of the thin coat. Mr*** did call in April when we were having a warm spell and *** did talk to him and said he (***) would stop by in a few days and talk about what to doDo to personal reasons *** was unable to get thereAnd when Mr*** called again he was very nasty to *** and quite frankly *** was having a very hard day and did tell Mr*** he was tired of his bt and Mr*** hung upThere is a lot more to the situation than what Mr*** wrote or what I wroteIf you feel you need more information please feel free to call our number is ***and I believe you have Mr*** number Thank You, ***

I have contacted a lawyer, in regards to pepco last letter, *** and *** were never here at the same time, and they chose the incorrect product for repair and on top of that they never returned to finish repairs, and their materials are still here, and *** *** got in my face at wpionneer drive calling me names , after *** was done calling me names I told *** in front of four people , I didnt understand why he is upset with me he had his chance to repair slab now I will hire someone else to do repairs needed, *** walked away mumbling under his breath, pepco hasnt shown up when they say they would then *** said *** *** would do work , he didnt show up, it is now in my lawyers handsim done getting yelled at for asking for work to be repaired that was done incorrectly, we have had contractors look at entire slab for what was done incorrectlythis will be last response to this , lawyer is contacting pepco this weekthank you
